Superleague Formula is a new and exciting single-seater race series, entering its second year. The unique format combines the world of motor sport and football as football clubs such as Liverpool FC, AC Milan, Galatasary, PSV Eindhoven race each other in cars driven by motor sport superstars such as former Formula1 drivers Antonio Pizzonia and Robert Doornbos and GP2 champion Giorgio Pantano.

The first season ended a few months ago, and proved to be very successful. 34.000 fans attended the last race in Jerez (Spain) and was broadcasted live in 70 countries, obtaining in its first season, and with only 6 rounds, an average of 6 million fans per race throughout the world.
